BA TYPHOON Kits

Stage 1 for the BA Typhoon involves the SCT X3 Ford Flash device. The X3 allows Autotech to reprogram the factory ECU (computer), enabling higher power levels, combined with better driveability and fuel economy. The X3 can also store up to 3 different tunes for different applications or fuel types.
Stage 1 also includes high flow 60lb injectors that are used to overcome the limited factory injectors on the BA Typhoon.

This package helps turbo response without sacraficing any in cabin noise. Also, this package improves the torque in the mid range.

The Stage 3 Kit for the BA Typhoon includes the following components:

• 60lb High Flow Injectors
• Cold Air Intake
• 2.5inch Stainless Exhaust System
• High flow fuel pump

BA XR6 Turbo’s factory turbocharger is capable of over 400kw, however it is held back by the factory pistons and rods in its engine. Autotech have extensive engine rebuilding services that can meet your requirements if you are after more power. We build our own engines and they run as quietly as the factory engine, but handle applications well over 600HP.
