Autotech Exhaust Centre provides all types of muffler and exhaust system repair and replacement. We can handle all types of exhaust work, from fitting a chrome tip right through to complete high flow systems for cars, trucks and buses. Our in-house dynamometer facilities allow us to design and fabricate high efficiency street legal* custom systems to provide maximum performance with minimal restriction.
Log book servicing is carried out on all makes and models in exactly the same manner as a New Car Dealer, but with one substantial benefit – we give better value for money. All work is carried out by our fully qualified tradespersons and log book servicing is in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Combine this with our exclusive Autotech Autocare 24 point inspection, carried out free of charge, and you have peace of mind in the knowledge your vehicle is receiving the best possible care.
Engine Reconditioning is is one of our specialties – we can handle everything from reconditioning a cylinder head to blueprinting, balancing and assembly of high performance racing engines. We even have a dedicated, air filtered assembly room to ensure our specialist engine builders can prepare and assemble engines and transmissions in ultra clean conditions.
Dyno tuning is what our reputation is built on. We have the best diagnostic tools available, such as a state-of-the-art Dyno Dynamics 4WD chassis dynamometer, Snap-On and Launch X431 Scan tools and ASNU ultrasonic fuel injection cleaning and testing equipment, just to name a few.
Our dyno allows us to test and check vehicles under all types of simulated on-road conditions, such as pulling up steep hills at slow speeds, right up to driving at full throttle at 160+ kph. By monitoring vehicle sub-systems under operating conditions, our specialist team can “zero in” on problems that are untracable by other workshops.
